CAVIAR RUSSIA project cooperates with the World Wildlife Fund (WWF). Our company is the only commercial organization in Russia officially cooperating with the CITES Scientific body* in the Russian Federation within the signed memorandum to reduce the illegal turnover of black caviar in the territory of the Russian Federation and to coordinate the activities of the legal market participants aimed at confirming the origin of the products from sturgeon species.
