On 25 June, the CAVIAR RUSSIA project's second venue, CAVIAR RUSSIA MOSCOW, opened at GLOBUS GOURMET TSUM, 2 Petrovka Street, Moscow!
CAVIAR RUSSIA MOSCOW is a unique dining concept: a cosy, atmospheric venue where guests can try up to a hundred black-caviar products from leading authorised producers and discover their variety of species and flavours.
The entire CAVIAR RUSSIA MOSCOW menu is an ode to caviar, featured in tasting sets, every dish and even desserts.
The bar's culinary concept and kitchen will be led by Andrey Shmakov, a celebrated winner of Russian and European cooking competitions, cookbook author, television presenter and CAVIAR RUSSIA brand ambassador.
According to Andrey Yakovlev, CEO of the gourmet-store chain, the CAVIAR RUSSIA MOSCOW bar and store will become the “pearl” of Globus Gourmet.
