Le caviar rend la vie plus belle! — The Pourcel brothers.
On 6 July, CAVIAR RUSSIA MOSCOW hosted its first gourmet evening, starring renowned twin chefs Jacques and Laurent Pourcel, kings of French gastronomy.
The Pourcel brothers own restaurants in 15 countries, including Thailand and Morocco. Their own Le Jardin des Sens in Montpellier was awarded three Michelin stars!
It was a special honour for Caviar Russia to share this extraordinary culinary experience with the celebrated chefs, pairing traditional French ingredients with a Russian delicacy.
The dinner comprised nine courses, each giving Russian black caviar a distinct role. What else could one expect? “Caviar makes life more beautiful!” — the brothers' signed message became the evening's motto.

All dishes were paired with fine Lanson Champagnes supplied by Simple.
