On 7 July, immediately after their CAVIAR RUSSIA MOSCOW dinner, the Pourcel brothers travelled to St. Petersburg to repeat their impressive culinary programme at the caviar bar at 1/47 Vladimirsky Prospekt.
Guests enjoyed nine exquisite dishes, each distinguished by its rich ingredients and harmonious combinations. As tradition demands, Russian sturgeon caviar took centre stage.
“Le caviar rend la vie plus belle!” (“Caviar makes life more beautiful!”), the Pourcels exclaimed at the end, making the phrase the motto of this extraordinary French dinner.
