Private sturgeon-caviar tasting at Caviar Russia Moscow

The second blind sturgeon-caviar tasting took place at CAVIAR RUSSIA MOSCOW on 14 August 2019.
Guests enjoyed vivid culinary impressions and valuable expert experience, comparing ten sturgeon caviars and discovering their diverse flavours, textures and aromas.
The tasting aimed to demonstrate the diversity and variation in Russia's caviar market and to encourage experts and consumers to choose black caviar responsibly.
Voting and scoring produced three winners: third place went to harvested sturgeon caviar from SASUNTSI DAVID (Armenia); second to GORKUNOV harvested sturgeon caviar (Russia); and first to ADMIRAL HUSSO harvested sturgeon caviar (Belarus).
Participants included buyers from major premium retail chains, restaurateurs, chefs, culinary experts and editors of professional publications and services.
