The “À la Russe — Black Caviar” dinner in The Tastes of Russia series took place on 12 March at the President Hotel's panoramic Assembly restaurant.

CAVIAR RUSSIA partnered with the event. Denis Sinitsyn (CAVIAR RUSSIA St. Petersburg) and Semyon Zharkikh (Assembly restaurant) presented a dinner whose entire menu centred on black caviar.
