On November 5, 2018, the CAVIAR RUSSIA caviar bar turned into a gastronomic museum, and the dishes - into masterpieces of modern gastronomic art. And all that was because the dinner was headed by the chef and co-owner of the BOBO restaurant, previously responsible for the restaurant menu at the Erarta Museum. Artem Grebenshchikov, who offered guests a rather unexpected reading of quite traditional products. Just imagine a snack from an onion on smoked oil with granular sturgeon caviar or a dessert - coconut sorbet with olive oil and pressed caviar. Unusual, spectacular and very tasty.
