On November 22, 2018, the atmosphere of genuine aristocracy filled the space of the CAVIAR RUSSIA caviar bar. That was because Alexey Kvasov, chef of the French restaurant "LEGRAND" was responsible for the cooking that evening. The dinner menu was replete with French words that the guests of the evening felt on the tips of their tongues in every possible sense. Especially tasty sounded the following: Tataki marble beef with cream of avocado and truffle, Tonareli with Dutch sauce and oysters and Flounder with Parmentier of parsnip and spinach.
