CLOSED TASTING OF STURGEON CAVIAR IN RUSSIA CAVIAR

On November 3, 2018, a unique event was held in the CAVIAR RUSSIA caviar bar: the first in Russia closed ("blind") tasting of sturgeon caviar samplings from 9 leading manufacturers. Feeling all the variety of types and tastes of caviar, presented today in the Russian caviar market and forming its own rating was entrusted to the expert community, bringing together experts and amateurs from different areas: famous chefs and restaurateurs of St. Petersburg, representatives of business and culture, experts in the field of veterinary medicine, etc. As a result of the blind voting and scoring, a tournament table was formed, the leading positions of which were taken by the trademarks represented in the assortment of the CAVIAR RUSSIA store.
