Dinner with Royal gold

The dinner with the most seasonal of all Russian products – vodka “Tsarskaya Gold” took place on 5 October at the CAVIAR RUSSIA BAR. Alaska king crab in aspic served on black profiterole with cream of horseradish was admitted the best chaser to vodka “Tsarskaya Gold” being highly competitive with mille-feuille a la russe with light-salted mackerel, potato mousse and bester caviar. Another ideal couple of the evening is a dessert with caviar on white chocolate with a foam of exotic fruits and vodka “Tsarskaya Original” with fruit flavours.
