A trip to Lefkadia

The CAVIAR RUSSIA BAR was awarded by the wine company Fort with a trip to a winery Lefkadia (v. Moldovanskoe, Crimean region, Krasnodar Krai), where they grow more than 20 species of grape on the area of 80 ha. Lucina Khristenko, the manager of the CAVIAR RUSSIA BAR and her colleagues and sommeliers of leading St. Petersburg restaurants visited the vineyards of Lefkadia, the production spaces, the cheese dairy, and the sheep farm of winery “Sauk-Dere”. The guests had the opportunity to taste marvelous cheese from fresh goat and cow milk, to carry out a tasting of Russian-manufactured still and sparkling wine, which win prizes in inner and international competitions.
