Dinner with Polugar

A dinner devoted to legendary Russian bread wine Polugar and history of Russian table culture was held at the CAVIAR RUSSIA. The speaker was Aleksey Borisovich Rodionov, the chief of a family distillery “Rodionov and sons” restoring the traditions of Russian alcohol-distillation and production of grain distillates according to traditional recipes.In Boris Viktorovich Rodionov’s opinion, Polugar represents the lost symbol of Russian feast. The CAVIAR RUSSIA BAR understands the importance of restoring old recipes and historical justice. To emphasise the colour of Russian feast and national drink, our brand-chef Stanislav Maiasov cooked traditional Russian snacks with caviar, aspic and sterlet dumplings.
