On June 15, 2017, in the historic center of St. Petersburg, in house No. 1 on Vladimirsky Avenue known as Palkin's House, the specialized black caviar shop and bar CAVIAR RUSSIA opened.Representatives of the leading Russian sturgeon plants, the Union of Sturgeon Breeding Experts, CITES (the organisation controlling the turnover of sturgeon products), the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), and not indifferent people for whom black caviar is not just a delicacy but a cultural phenomenon, took part in the opening ceremony devoted to this event.
