CAVIAR RUSSIA ENOGASTRONOMIC EVENINGS

On February 21, the tour of Polugar Bar was held in CAVIAR RUSSIA, where the guests were presented the concept of a new Caviar Family member, a unique list of drinks and a new menu of Polugar Bar, which opened in December 2018 in the center of St. Petersburg (Italian street, 19). Special guest of the evening was Alexei Rodionov, the representative of the Rodionov & Sons company, producing the polugar. This evening in the caviar bar was very polugar! The famous ABCs of liqueurs and limited types of polugars, as it was supposed to be, became the center of the guests` attention, and snacks from CAVIAR RUSSIA chef, Denis Sinitsyn, organically complemented the gastronomic program.
