The second blind sturgeon-caviar tasting took place at CAVIAR RUSSIA MOSCOW on 14 August 2019.
The tasting aimed to demonstrate the diversity and variation in Russia's caviar market. Participants included buyers from major premium retail chains, restaurateurs, chefs, culinary experts and editors of professional publications and services.
