On 27 February, Goose Goose and CAVIAR RUSSIA invite you to spend winter's final Sunday at a caviar brunch featuring pike roe, red caviar and black caviar. CAVIAR RUSSIA was founded by Russian caviar-business experts to develop a legal market for sturgeon products in Russia.
A sparkling welcome and five courses featuring different caviars: an elegant Sunday brunch to welcome spring in aristocratic style.
Goose Goose chefs Mikhail Tsygankov and Ilya Ten, joined by guest chef Dmitry Shinkarenko of CAVIAR RUSSIA, will cook before guests in the open kitchen.
Goose Goose launched its Sunday-brunch tradition in 2021. This friendly format allows guests to meet new people, talk directly with chefs and become part of the culinary community.
