ELITE Interior, July–August 2019: AN ODE TO CAVIAR!

On 25 June, CAVIAR RUSSIA MOSCOW opened its bar and store at TSUM GLOBUS GOURMET. This unique dining concept is a cosy, atmospheric venue offering up to a hundred black-caviar products from leading authorised producers, revealing their diversity of species and flavours.

The CAVIAR RUSSIA MOSCOW menu is an ode to caviar, featured in tasting sets, every dish and desserts. Its concept and kitchen are led by Andrey Shmakov, winner of Russian and European cooking awards, cookbook author, television presenter and brand ambassador. Atmospheric wine-and-food dinners with Russian and international chefs and sommeliers will explore the flavours of black-caviar dishes and their drink pairings.
The wine list offers over forty Champagnes from major houses and boutique growers, plus a distinctive selection of sparkling wine, premium vodka and traditional Russian Polugar. Private educational talks by a caviar sommelier in Russian and English, caviar shows and tastings will be available by advance booking, turning enthusiasts into informed connoisseurs.
